This morning i woke up early.
As of late, i have been getting up early because i have to use the bathroom
(TMI i know)
or Baby Pancakes is moving around.
I got up, took a shower and was determined to get to work a little earlier than usual.
Lately, i have been going into work real late...
thank goodness i have the best boss and co-workers in the world!
After breakfast, i felt tired.
Baby Pancakes was moving around a lot.
And i was just tired...beat!
So i laid down to take a little nap.
Needless to say...an hour later i woke up.
And was completely late for work!
So much for going to work early.
I eventually made it to work...but i couldn't help thinking
Sometimes you just need to sleep!!
Sleep.....I laugh in the face of sleep *taken from Lion King* seriously get all the sleep you can get now because soon.....very soon.... lol
ReplyDeleteThere is nothing like a good nap and understanding colleagues especially at this time.
ReplyDeleteI've actually done that a couple times lol. It happens :)

Only 17 days left?!? OMG, that is SOOO soon!
ReplyDeleteI'm nearly 28 weeks, and I feel completely wiped out. Naps don't come along easily, because I also have a 19 month old. It's great that you are able to nap when you need one. Soak it in, relish in it! In just a few short days, your days (and nights) will be filled by one adorable baby boy!
Wow...I can certainly understand the need to take a nap. I wish I could do that more but for some reason, when I consciously make an effort to take a nap, sleep doesn't come.
ReplyDeleteGlad you have understanding colleagues. That certainly makes it easier.
I have this bad feeling that when I'm pregnant all I'll be doing is going to the bathroom and napping (maybe at the same time? Ew, TMI and gross, sorry!)
ReplyDeleteI agree -- sleep is underrated! I can definitely say that with certainty right now, especially since I was lying awake for several hours last night completely unable to sleep. ZzZz...
ReplyDeleteyou definitely need to remember this...last week at 9 am when Elyse went down for her nap I had grand plans of being productive around the house...which actually ended up being an 1 1/2 hour nap! I felt so refreshed, sometimes you do just NEED sleep!
ReplyDeletesoak in the sleep now, before its all gone! just kidding...but really, don't feel bad getting the rest you need!
ReplyDeleteWhen I was pregnant all I did was sleep when I wasn't working. I slept, ate Chipotle and watched reruns of Law & Order SVU every weekend, haha!
ReplyDeleteSleep when you are pregnant comes to you at the weirdest times... enjoy. And when baby comes you will be so tempted to try to get as much as you can done while he sleeps..Don't..sleep with baby! Your full night sleep nights are numbered :)
ReplyDeleteHOW in the world did i miss that there was a little pancake baking?!? i love that picture of you and YESS lady - get some rest for that little bambino!
ReplyDeleteYes, pregnancy will tire you out.
ReplyDeletePolice said the man was operating a tractor-trailer of an unspecified make and model when he stole the forklift. Accidents happen due to errors rather than technical faults. Therefore it could be a benefit that you just took care of it yourself. Employers pay quite a bit of money for their staff to get certified, so if you do it on your own then you probably just saved them cash.
