Whoa baby bump!
How far we've come?!
I can't believe this weekend i am going on 28 weeks.
The idea of 28 weeks makes me excited because apparently
now Baby Pancakes has an awesome chance of surviving.
Who the heck writes these scary facts?!
But needless to say i am glad i am fully in the third trimester.
This morning he woke me up, literally kicking.
His muscles are developing and he has a personality which is just fun.
He responds to Mr. Pancakes' voice and touch.
It is the best thing ever!!
We play games where i call him and wait for him to respond with a movement.
The complete pregnancy process awes and amazes me.
It truly is God in process!
Do/Did you read the scary stuff?
Such a beautiful blessing. How amazing is that life growing inside you!
ReplyDeletethat is so exciting! i'm glad you are finally in the third trimester. i'm a public health major so i read all kinds of stuff that makes me paranoid, but i know you are going to be a great mom.
ReplyDeletek
You are almost to the finish line!
ReplyDeleteI tried to avoid the scarey stuff. I did have several nightmares though concerning the baby.
I read it with the first, not with the second. I didn't take any of those tests either to test for down syndrom. I didn't care.
ReplyDeleteI can't believe you are so far along already. The kicks get more intense toward the end...especially when you are trying to sleep.
Your halfway there!
How exciting that you're in your third trimester! It must be the most wonderful and amazing feeling in the world to know your child is growing and thriving inside of you.
ReplyDeleteI read and lived through some of the scary stuff...children born alive and healthy are a miracle! May God bless your little miracle as he continues to grow. What a beautiful bump!!!
ReplyDeleteAhhhh look at that baby bump!!
ReplyDeleteI did read the scary stuff and a few scary things happened to me, but thankfull God blessed me with a healthy baby girl!
ReplyDeleteI did and I was driving myself crazy. Now I don't read anything except my weekly update email.
ReplyDeleteoh goodness, what a beautiful blessing!! can't wait to experience this for myself!!

Pregnancy is incredible! Love the "bumpdate" :)
ReplyDeleteYour baby bump is so cute! Love it! Happy 28 weeks!
ReplyDeleteMy pregnancy book didn't scare me. It was nice to read about possible complications so that I would know what's going on if something did happen.
ReplyDeleteI think you should just focus on the positive! Worrying about the "scary" stuff isn't going to help with anything. Your bump is so cute ;)
ReplyDeleteWelcome to the 3rd trimester. Isn't so nice to be here. Oh and by the way we get to see our babies in 2 months, woot woot. I have decided to only have a positive outlook on things this pregnancy. Forget the scary stuff, God is in control. YAY for healthy growing babies. Oh and that bump is growing :)
ReplyDeletesuch a beautiful note :)
ReplyDelete*hangs head in shame* I didn't even know you were pregnant. Look at that bump!!! COngratulations your little bundle will be here in no time! Yes it is God in process watch him work.

ReplyDeleteI didn't read most of the scary stuff, which includes googling most pregnancy facts because that can make you flat out terrified!
I tried to avoid all of that and keep my head clear!
What an adorable bump!!
ReplyDeleteI want a baby bump too :)
ReplyDeleteYes, I was a bit of a paranoid mom when I was pregnant. Thank God all went well.
Congrats and take care :)
I can't believe you are 28 weeks already. This pregnancy is just flying. You are doing beautifully. Mommyhood is going to suit you
ReplyDeleteHow exciting!
ReplyDeleteI really tried to avoid the scary stuff. At first, I joined TheBump.com and thought that would be fun. I thought wrong! It was sooo scary and some of the ladies were kind of mean. So I just swore off the Internet for a while. :)
You can't avoid it all though, because some people insist on telling you scary stuff even when you clearly don't need to hear it!
I agree- it is an amazing and miraculous process. I can't wait til my little guy is here!
Wow, Congratulations! I am so late. That is awesome.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous bump!! So exciting! The third trimester is the best! Enjoy :)
