Tell Me About Yourself Award and so i decided to accept the award and combine it to three tags i received this week. Just so i don't overwhelm you all with information about myself.
So many of the questions i answered WERE awesome
and definitely inspired many blog posts i am already cultivating.

Without further delay, here are my answers...
1.What do you regret most in your life?
Not a whole lot BUT there were some things i didn't share with Mr. Pancakes while dating and that has come back to bite me in the butt but we are working through them! (too much disclosure?!)
2. What's your dream vacation?
A trip around the world on a private jet.
3.What's your fave color?
Yellow (but I'm starting to like other colours too like purple!)
4.What is your major achievement in life?
Last time i said my Masters but i think i am working on it now (will keep you posted)
5. Who do you love to go shopping with?
Honestly, i love shopping by myself...lame but true! Unless it's with the hubby and he is paying:-)
6. What is your dream job?
It's still a talk show host. Or a stay at home wife (not like the desperate housewives but a relaxed & unpretentious wife)
7. What is your all time fave movie?
Pretty Woman, Coming to America (Waitress and Cats and Dogs--movies i can watch over and over)
8. If you could have a dinner party, where would you have it and which famous persons would you like to invite, (whether alive or deceased)?
How fun is this question, i would invite Queen Latifah (and the rest of the Living Single girls) because i am watching the TV show right now:-)
9. If you had one wish what would it be?
To have world peace. And be a billionaire so Team Pancakes can do whatever our hearts desires
10.What is your fave dessert?
Anything chocolate but lately Walkers cookies...so darn good!
11. If you could exchange lives with anybody in the world for a week,
whose life would you want to live?
Honestly, i don't know.
But probably my Pastor because he works very real hard
and i would love to be so in touch with God on such a level on a daily basis.
1) Who inspires you, whether historically, in your day-to-day life, or both?
My mother inspires me..she is such a go-getter and a Believer like there is no tomorrow!
2) Do you have a favorite season?
Spring time...there is something fresh about that time of year!
I LOVE winter and snow too (but only if i don't have to go out in the snow)
3) What’s your top goal to accomplish within the next five years?
Great question, have an emergency fund and down payment saved so purchase a house/celebrate 5 years of marriage...that's so mindboggling!
4) What was the first job you ever had?
McD's!!! I got so fat on their fries (oh just got a blog post idea...thanks Heather!!)
5) What’s your all-time favorite book?
I have several but if i had to pick, The Wind Blows Backwards...
teen love angst book--gosh i loved the characters!!
6) What’s the most unique place you’ve traveled to so far in your lifetime?
Unique...would definitely have to be small town in Europe--because there is nothing like it, you just have to experience it to believe it!
7) If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Somewhere HOT like Barbados!
8) Which qualities do you love most about yourself?
I am pretty easy to get along with. I am affable:-)
Oh and many things don't bother me...life is too short to be stressed!
9) If you could describe yourself in just one word, what would it be?
Happiness (cheesy but true)
10) What’s your favorite type of workout routine?
Running...but before it was kickboxing and skipping rope...LOVE running now!
11) What’s your favorite guilty pleasure meal or snack?
Bread--there is this Ghanaian butter bread---i die for it!
(i am about to have it soon actually w/milk)
1. If you could meet ONE bloggy BFF, who would it be..?
This one is hard BUT i would probably meet you Marilyn because we have a lot in common
2.What's your favorite recipe to create?
I love making jolof rice (Ghanaian dish because i like to eat it)
3. What's your ideal date night?
Movie and dinner (at home)
4. If you could travel anywhere in the world TODAY, where will it be?
Somewhere sunny...i would go back to Barbados because it is too darn cold today!!!!
5. What's the one thing you LOVE most about yourself?
That i am Mrs. Pancakes because i HAVE the best husband in the WORLD!!!

Good question. Would you read my blog more if i showed you more personal pictures?

I don't have a bucket list BUT i do need to work on getting my Green Card
(i am Canadian still married to an American)
9. Biggest goal for 2012 (or change?)
Mmmhm...be creative on my blog, get my Green Card, Change my last name, travel to Ghana
10. What's your favorite past time?
Watching TV and playing scrabble
11. First word that comes to mind NOW
Tennis--i am now watching Australian Open--
