Hope your Sunday has been long & lazy!
Have you noticed that time seems to be flying by really fast?
Well i am continuing to enjoy the transition from Winter to Spring.
Today after Church we really noticed the colour change in the grass and the small buds of flowers sprouting up. It's amazing how slow the transition of the weather is and before we know it....
the flowers have all bloomed, the grass is lush and green and we are no longer wearing jackets.
We enjoyed the best brunch at my father-in-law's house today...
i was enjoying my meal so much i didn't even have time to take pictures.
He makes the best grits and bacon EVER!
Tonight I'm being lazy while Mr. Pancakes is working out.
I am also enjoying amazing hot peppered Ghanaian soup...

Brunch sounds fabulous. That hot peppered Ghanaian soup would be right up my alley! I hope you'll consider sharing the recipe! We spent the weekend in a small town, Sunday was spent eating cake, reading and jumping in puddles! Have a beautiful week <3
