I am in a wedding and i tried my bridesmaid dress on this weekend and the dress does not fit. The store no longer has the size I need, which leaves me less than two weeks to fit into the dress. Therefore, I need to make healthy food and exercise choices for the next two weeks which if you've been following along on my #ProjectMilf journey, Ive been struggling but I am determined. Making healthy choices is a great thing to do on a Monday!! What are your healthy choices today?

Nothing like not fitting into a dress to kick your butt in gear! Good luck. You can do it! I need a detox. the weekend was junky and indulgent. Starting fresh today.
I try to drink only water and replace my urge for soda with green tea. I swear the last few bridesmaids dresses I have had to wear I ended up just getting them taken out or altered. I know that's the lazy way out but it did release the stress of trying to lose lbs in such a short amt of time! Good luck!!!
Drinking more water is what I am trying to do. I put a dash of lemon juice in my water and I am good to go. Good luck you can do it
