Longlazysunday is all about recovery. The half marathon yesterday was one of the hardest things I have ever done. I was definitely more in shape last year while pregnant than now but I crossed the finish line just under four hours!!! Not bad for someone that did not train at all. The only thing different this year is that my recovery is coming along a lot faster than last year. I did feel like a ton truck hit me after the race but at least I can move around a little bit more today. Baby Pancakes is definitely taking an advantage of my slow movements by getting into trouble around the house. What are you up to this longlazysunday??
