I have no idea what to get Mr. Pancakes for our 2nd year anniversary.
And it's tomorrow...shame on me.
I thought i had ideas but as the days passed...i realized i had no ideas.
Zero. Zip. Nada. Nothing.
And so i am turning my blog over to my bloggy friends for some ideas.
Here are some things to know about my husband....
He is a man.
A simple man.
He likes sports (football).
He likes music.
He loves me.
He loves his baby boy.
He loves his car.
He likes to work out.
He likes watching anything related to the stock market.
He likes to read.
Any ideas after getting to know him a little bit more?
preferably something that ships over night or something i can do/make tonight.....
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

For my football coach friend, I found a little spiral bound index card book, and wrote out an quotes or Bible verses on each page. Most were sports quotes. He seemed to really like it.
Also, I've read the stock market book by Charles Payne. It's an interesting read. It's been a while and I can't think of the name of it off the top of my head, but I'm sure you could find it on Amazon.

Let's see can you do a picture book of some kind online and print it out with all of the things you love about him. I did one and had it sent off to make an actual book but since you don't have time to do the book do it in a magazine form and put it together with pictures. Good luck to ya and many blessings
What about something personalized from like a Things Remembered store...I got Darrick a big mug (its a beer mug but he drinks everything out of it) with his name and favorite team on it (Football Fanatic too).
I did the 52 reasons I love you book for my husband...he appreciated it, but said it was just ok. What he DID like though, was this: I took 52 popsicle sticks and wrote a date night idea on each one. Some of them said "Go to a new restaurant together" but others were like "Wifey gets a backrub" and "Husband gets a foot rub". place all of them in a short, wide-mouth mason jar that is decorated. Each week he gets to pick a different stick until you start all over again a year later! My husband really liked it, and still gets excited to go pick out his stick for the week.
My husband always appreciates a restaurant style meal at home. Maybe you could something a little fancy that you know he would like. You could have a candle light dinner after baby Pancakes goes down. My husband is simple too so I get how hard it is to figure out gifts!
My husband is a lot like Tia's! He loves meals at home. Also since his bday is May 7 it's usually around the time blockbusters start coming out. This year I'm taking him to see Iron Man 3. Can't wait!
We don't do a lot for our anniversary, but we will go out to a nice restaurant or just cook a candle light one at home.
I'm stumped for what to give my husband for his first Father's Day coming up in June :)
Wow I lovvvvve this idea!
