#ProjectMilf is moving along nicely and I think we are all hitting our strides.
We would like to all congratulate Brandi and her husband
for making their dreams come true by moving to Italy....
we are so glad she has decided to share her journey with all of us.
We are all living vicariously through her at this point.
Week 10 is all about what music we listen to for relaxation

Here are my top three for motivating me to work out:
1. Head Sprung by LLCoolJ....i can be bone tired and as soon as it starts...i can run another mile.
2. Right Round by FloRida...i love Hangover and that song is another great one too
3. Home by Phillips Phillips....there is something about this beat that gets me every single time.
4. Stars by Amanda Brown from the Voice....
i know that's four but this is currently one of my relaxing songs.
My Weekly Update:
1) Healthy Lifestyle Change
I have been using jump rope and weights to push myself this week. And i am tired but i feel wonderful. The last couple of weeks, I have been a complainer but thank you all for your motivating words...i feel encouraged each week.

2) Emotional Wellness
I am excited for our 2nd year anniversary in 12 days....WOW!!! I can't believe it but it's true i will be a married woman for 2 years. I probably need to go and get my rings re-sized..yes my fingers have become a little bigger too since the baby. But it's all good!!
3) Spiritual Fortitude
I am still praying every day, listening to gospel music in the morning. But i am still not doing well with the bible reading but this is work in progress so i know i will progress!!!

I'm struggling hard to get my eating on track. I have decided to open my bible to the chapter I will be reading every night....it's helping substantially!
