My blogiversary came and went without any acknowledgement from me!
So here goes:
Happy Blogiversary to me as of 9/3/11.
With encouragement from my sister and finally something to discuss in a blog,
i posted one little entry entitled: Meet the Future Mr. & Mrs. Pancakes
and i have not looked back.
Since that entry, of course,
i have become Mrs. Pancakes, a wife and a best friend to an amazing man.
And of course i have fallen in love with my blog, the blogisphere, the blogging friends, the fun and the community that comes with it!
I feel like I've joined a very special social club!

In the year, there's been some physical changes to my blog.
I have taken away most of the pancakes
and added some personal pictures of Team Pancakes
because in the end, this blog is NOT about food
but about our lives, our laughs and our love for each other and pancakes!
I hope to continue to blog for many years to come...
because years from now,
because years from now,
when Team Pancakes are old & grey, living, loving & laughing,
i will be able to refer to the the blog
and reminisce about some of the exciting happenings that occurred for us as newlyweds.
And i will also reminisce with other bloggers and share in their lives and joys!
Blogging has so much to offer
and i haven't even cracked a piece of it all

and i am glad that i found a forum that allows me to be so creative in some many ways!
