13for13: April Check In

I can't believe it's already April...

Time is flying by...but I am excited because April is an awesome month....

It's our Anniversary month and the weather is nicer...

we can do more family related activities outside

and just enjoy the new adventures that awaits us in the Spring and Summer Months.

And Baby Pancakes will be one year in 5 Months...OMG!!!

I have been behind in updating Baby Pancakes Babylogues but those are coming.

Now onto how I am doing this month on my 13for13 Reading Challenge....

seriously it's hard work to commit to something every month...b

ut this year is all about trying to follow through. 

Thank goodness for #ProjectMilf because I have been keeping up with that

but other challenges are suffering including my 13for13.

But here is my update...

I am still reading the "7 Habits of Highly Effective People"

which is telling because i need to work on my effective skills...

but we are off this week so i hope to finish the book this week.

I still need a book for January...

I haven't decided which one I will be reading but I am thinking

"Power" which Mr. Pancakes has in his library.

For March, I will be cheating a little bit and picking,

 "Who Moved My Cheese" since it's pretty short and simple and straight to the point. 

Plus it's perfect to read since there's been so many changes in my life recently.

In April, I am thinking a novel...I am not sure which one but maybe something that

makes me laugh and not have to think too hard. 

Any ideas or suggestions??

The shorter the better

(i have throught about counting some of Baby Pancakes' books

but that wouldn't be right...would it??!!)

April Fools Day

Happy April!!! Hope you do a lot of laughing today! What was your best April's Fool prank? Mine happened a few years ago when a whole bunch of my co-workers and I told our boss we were quitting...the look in her eyes was priceless.

Longlazysunday: Week 21

Resurrection Sunday...we made it to church a little late but just in time to hear the message that He Has Risen...and because He died and rose again we can live!! The rest of the Sunday is all about being lazy and spending time with each other. We had an awesome brunch with Grandpa Pancakes and that tired out little man...poor baby! And now we are off to spend the afternoon with our 96year old Church Granny! Today is definitely a blessed day! Hope your Easter Sunday has been awesome thus far!
