Keep 'Em Coming...Tagged Again!

HAPPY SATURDAY FRIENDS!!

Teresha, the lovely mother of the blog Marlie & Me tagged me to answer some questions.
And again these were fun....thanks Teresha!

Marlie's Questions & My Answers:

1. If you could live in a cartoon, which one would it be and what character would you play?
Mhmm....i like this question.  I would totally be Jem of Jem and the Holograms...remember them? She is the coolest cartoon character ever...and she has the best fashion sense ever!

2. What is your favorite cereal?
I used to be all about cornflakes but recently i have been all over frosted flakes.
I also LOVE shredded mini wheats!
It's so delicious and good for you too.
3. If you could have a talent that you don't currently possess, what would it be?
I don't know what talent i would posses but it would be something related to public speaking.  I love encouraging and supporting others and so if i could have NO FEAR then i would be doing public speaking engagements all over the place.

4. In high school were you a jock, a nerd, a drama kid, a band geek or something in between?
The funny thing is in high school i was ALL over the place.  I was on student council.  I was in drama.  I hung out with some nerds.  I was all over the place which i think made me a well rounded individual...i would like to believe.

5. Have you ever met a celebrity? Who was it, where was it? Did you act cool or like a crazed fan?
I've met a few basketball players but one of the best ones was my girls and i went to Miami and randomly met a basketball player from Canada (Jamal Magloire).  He invited us to attend his game against the Heat.  And had pictures taken with him after the game and everything.
It was such a fun day!!!  And i was a little star struck
because I LOVE BASKETBALL
and was just in awe of the whole moment...
i was calling friends from Canada to talk to him.
He was pretty cool though about the whole situation.

6. Harry Potter or Twilight or neither?
Neither.  I sometimes wonder if i am missing the hype.  Probably NOT!

7. When was the last time that you were REALLY angry?
I don't get angry often and so i can't remember the last time i was REALLY angry.  I am sure i've been peeved off at work or something.  Someone there is always annoying the heck out of me.

8. If you could travel back and forth in time like in the movie Midnight in Paris,
what period of time would you visit?
Mmmhmm...i would probably pick an easy time and say the sixties when things were improving for the situation of black folks.  But then again maybe i would love to go back to the late 1800s just to see what life was like back in the day in Ghana and America too.  It would be nice to meet some older members of my family.

9. Is your belly button an innie or an outie?
I have an innie.

10. Do you have any strange phobias?
No phobias BUT i do hate anything that is small and crawly!

11. If the doctor informed you that you had one month to live how would you spend that time?
Oh wow...i would quit work to spend ALL my time with my hubby, extended family and just travel and have a fun time.  I am sure i would be devastated BUT spending time with my family would be a life well lived and worthwhile.

Question of the Day:
What's the best question you've been asked the whole week?

Also don't forget to drop by tomorrow to share your superbowl celebration events on LongLazySunday!

It's nice when we can learn to enjoy ourselves while appreciating the people we come in contact with.

Yes! I fully support you being Jem. Such a great cartoon. I too was all over the place in HS, student council, varsity tennis, drama, pretty sure it makes us well rounded individuals ;)

Oh do I remember Jem? LOVED that cartoon, loved her, her pink hair, her awesome clothes! I couldn't get out of bed early as I was never a morning person...but to see Jem? YES! I could wake up!

Aren't these tags just so fun!? I would go back to the 50's-60's too! Everyone says that my husband and I were born in the wrong time, because we love all things vintage, we act like an old school couple and we don't get caught up in the "new waves".
