Happy 4th & A Blog Relocation Post!!

Happy 4th of July...i hope you are enjoying this amazing and wonderful day with your friends and family!

Today is a great day here because I thought Independence Day would be the perfect day to announce my independence on the worldwide web.  After almost three years of blogging, 858 published posts, over 600 Google followers, over 150,000 views and over 10,000 comments and amazing dedicated readers, I now have my own url and I would LOVE to invite you over there yonder to continue my blogging experience.  I am still learning how to use some of the features of wordpress but the best part of blogging is the adventure in learning (plus I had lots of help from a blogging fairygod mother)!

Buying a Domain Name...

I am ready to own a bigger piece of real estate online. 

 I want to purchase my own domain name.  

This decision i take very seriously because I feel like unlike blogspot...

having a domain name is going that extra step in establishing myself online.

  At least that's what i think anyway. 

 I thought about sticking with blogspot and sprucing it up but the design and layout I want, 

you have to have a domain name. 
And of course since I don't know ANYTHING about web design and codes and all that jazz....
I am going to need someone to help me with this process. 

 I am going to take the summer and be thoughtful about this next step

 in my blog experience and do it right.  

The worst thing about having a domain name is changing it soon as you get it.  

Real estate online isn't that easy to come by at least with the right address...

it can be taken up before you know it. 

Which brings me to this post...I am asking for help.

1. Can you think of any awesome blog names I can use?
2. And can you suggest a blog designer I can use (i am on a budget too)?
3. Or can you offer your services (for a small but awesome fee)?
4. Do you have a domain name and was it a great decision?

Mine is going by real fast...but I think I am ready for the weekend.

I have been thinking lately of different ways to network with my fellow bloggers.

And definitely being part of #ProjectMilf is opening up doors for those opportunity...

However I've been thinking lately about trying to broaden my horizons outside of Blogland...

In the form of conferences....

Therefore I am asking those who have attended

a Blog Conference to share your thoughts, ideas and suggestions about attending one.

I am not sure if it's helpful or not however I've read reviews

and many people have had amazing experiences at these events. 

And of course there seems to be tons of opportunities to connect

with other bloggers and brand companies.

I am thinking blog conferences are definitely what you make of it....
